Nitzan Yudan, Co-Founder & CEO
Nitzan has 12 years of experience in financial services, IT, and tourism, as well as MBA from London Business School and MSc (Magna Cum Laude) in Industrial Engineering & Management from Ben Gurion University, Israel. Nitzan is an avid traveler and backpacked for over 2 years in 5 continents.

Tomer Kalish, Co-Founder & CFO
Tomer has 10 years experience in Real Estate in London, US, and Israel. Tomer has a BSc in civil engineering (magna cum laude), and an MBA from London Business School.

Yaniv Kalish, Co-Founder & Head of North America
Yaniv has 7 years of experience in technical and leadership positions. Yaniv led a highly selective unit in the Israeli Air Force, worked as a Product and Marketing manager, and has been a Consultant at the Boston Consulting Group. Yaniv has a BSc in Mechanical Engineering (magna cum laude) and an MBA from Columbia Business School. Yaniv likes to play and watch sports (Football, UFC), go out with his friends and spend his vacations traveling the world.

Arco Galan, Digital Marketing Manager
Arco started 8 years ago his career in the Real Estate industry. With a strong entrepreneurship background he settled up his own company before deciding to move to London to study a degree in Business & Marketing. While studying his degree he decided to focus his career in the Digital Marketing area. Arco enjoys traveling and going out with friends.

Dipika has over 7 years of experience in real estate, media, education and holds an Engineering degree in computers. She also enjoys reading, travelling and spending time with her family and friends.

Max Bauermeister, German Market Manager
Max has several years experience in Marketing and Recruitment within several MNCs and Start-ups. He is do to complete his MSc from Kings College London in 2013. Max plays hockey and generally enjoys any type of competitive sport.
Rotem Talmor, Customer Relations Coordinator & Accounts Manager
Rotem graduated with a degree in Sport Studies & English Literature from Lancaster University and has over 5 years of experience in sales, customer relations and account management and within the sport media sector. She is into travelling and exploring new places, sport activities such as athletics, football, climbing and outdoor activities, reading and art.
Bartek Odias, Designer
Bartek is a creative designer with tech skills. He holds a Masters degree in Computer Science from Technical University of Lodz, Poland. You could call him a jack of all trades but branding, web and graphic design are his main strengths. He's into photography, action sports, alternative music and films among others.
