Business Development Manager - Supply Team

FlatClub is recruiting a professional to onboard and sign up Global accommodation suppliers to FlatClub that meet the needs of our corporate clients and the needs of the business.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Manage and develop your pipeline of opportunities.
  • Negotiating contractual terms with property suppliers.
  • Closing opportunities which are financially beneficial to the FlatClub.
  • Working opportunities that are passed to you by the BDS team in a timely and professional manner.
  • Regular feedback to the BDS team members on the quality of their qualified opportunities.
  • Achieve weekly KPI targets of 5 signed accounts and 7 hours outbound call time.
  • Collect all the relevant information from the newly onboarded accommodation supplier so this can be processed by the activation team.
  • Agree how the accommodation supplier manages their availability and ensure this process is in place and set up.
  • Management of the CRM and handover process to the Host Account Management Team.
