Host Cancellation Policy

Hosts select from the following Cancellation Policy options on FlatClub. These policies are designed to protect both the guest and the host in the event of cancellation or changes to a stay both before and after check-in. After guest cancellation, guest(s) has the right to stay in the accommodation within the notice period according to the cancellation policy on the booking.


24 Hours
Policy

Before check-in: No cancellation penalty is charged if a guest cancels before 14:00 the day before check-in. Guests are charged a 1 night penalty if they cancel after 14:00 the day before check-in. Cleaning fees will also be refunded.

After check-in: Guests must give 24 hours notice to their host to cancel their stay. Guest is charged for nights already spent, plus one night. Cleaning fees will not be refunded.

Guest fee is non-refundable.

Cancellation penalty applies.


7 Nights
Policy

Before check-in: No cancellation penalty is charged if a guest cancels 7 nights or more before check-in. Guests are charged a nightly penalty if they cancel inside 7 nights before check-in. Cleaning fees will also be refunded.

Examples: If a guest cancels 5 nights before check-in, then a 2 night penalty is charged. If a guest cancels 12 nights before check-in, no penalty is charged.

After check-in: Guests must give 7 nights notice to their host to cancel their stay. The guest is charged for nights already spent, plus 7 nights. Cleaning fees will not be refunded.

Guest fee is non-refundable.

Cancellation penalty applies.


30 Nights
Policy

*Applied automatically to all bookings of 30 nights or more.
Before check-in
: No cancellation penalty is charged if a guest cancels 30 nights or more before check-in. Guests are charged a nightly penalty if they cancel inside 30 nights before check-in. Cleaning fees will also be refunded.

Examples: If a guest cancels 14 nights before check-in, then a 16 nights penalty is charged. If a guest cancels 33 nights before check-in, no penalty is charged.

After check-in: Guests must give 30 nights notice to their host to cancel their stay. The guest is charged for the nights already spent, plus 30 nights. Cleaning fees will not be refunded.

Guest fee is non-refundable.

30 Nights
Strict Policy

*Policy available to Hosts by invitation only.
Before check-in
: Guests will receive a 50% refund if they cancel 30 nights or more before check in. Inside 30 nights before check-in, payment is non-refundable. Cleaning fees will also be refunded.

After check-in: Payment is non-refundable after check-in. Cleaning fees will not be refunded.

Guest fee is non-refundable.

Cancellation penalty applies.


Host Cancellations

Host cancellations are strongly discouraged and may result in financial penalties and/or listing penalties being assessed to a Host's account. Repeat Host cancellations will result in Host account deactivation.

If a Host needs to cancel a booking, then the Guest is refunded in full.
