This is a very good apartment. It´s clean and neat, and located near the Columbia U subway station. The style reminds me of my b-school life many years ago.

The apartment was very good; in relation to what was available elsewhere very good value. Our only comment is that a list of simple instructions about how to use the apartment would have helped and avoided us calling our host - e.g - instructions for dealing with basic day to day things like heating, hot water, rubbish, internet connection, if problems (e.g an important light bulb blew, so how do we deal with replacement etc).
the studio were very comfort. you had there every thing. the only missing was a t.v. especially during the Sandy storm.
This flat was in a great neighborhood, The apartment was clean and calm. It's easy to reach the city center and the sights within 20-30 minutes.
The studio was great. It was clean, spacious and comfortable. The location is very safe, just a few steps away from Columbia university with easy access to the 1 subway. There are plenty of restaurants and supermarkets just around the corner.
The flat was awesome. There was no wifi (only ethernet), so keep that in mind for those with modern laptops. There were clean towels available, and the place was quite clean and comfortable (other than there being no toilet paper :p). It took ~20mins to get to midtown.
Emmanuel was great. Finding the keys was easy, and it gave us the chance to check out Columbia´s campus. He also responded to emails very quickly.

The flat meets all requirements: it is comfortable, clean and at a good location.
The place is good for 2 people and located in a nice building at a friendly environment, just 50 meters away from the Columbia University campus.
It is a great location when you spend a few days in New York City: the subway station is just 5 minutes walk and it takes you to Times Square and beyond. It is a bit uptown, but still a very safe location.

The flat was very cozy, spacious and clean. It was much better than seen in the photos.
The apartment was very clean and well kept. The location is excellent for those trying to stay close to Columbia.
