The room comes with a futon-type queen bed and a small desk that you can use. It is also equipped with a portable AC and Internet connection.
You will also have access to a shared bathroom and kitchen.

I am a 29-year-old female grad student at Columbia Unversity and I am looking to rent the room for the periods when I’ll be on Holidays

I live with two other Columbia Grad females – they are both very clean and quiet.
This rental opportunity is ideal for anyone needing a place for a short spell.

My place is in Columbia University neighborhood, within short walking distance to the subway (3 min from line 1, Cathedral and Parkway), Riverside Park (5min) and the area has several great restaurants and bars.

Rent amount includes Internet connection and utilities--no additional charges. You are also welcome to use the kitchenware.

House rules: be clean and quiet

FEMALE PREFERRED - the other two flatmates are female
